OUR VINEYARDS, THEIR DIVERSITY AND RANGE OF FLAVOURS.
Here, you are in the largest PDO wine-growing area in the southwest of France. It is surrounded by the vines of Bordeaux and Cognac and the PGI vineyards of Côtes de Gascogne. That’s is why it is known as the biggest of the smallest. This position means it can reach national and international markets while still being accessible. The Dordogne is a welcoming place and our vineyards are the perfect reflection of this. The area has combined its beautiful landscapes and terroirs with its lifestyle and generous nature.
- 12,300 hectares of vines grow on a wide range of soils.
- The equivalent to 60 million bottles produced
- 10 PDOs produce 17 wines and 3 PGI wines
The wine industry has developed with the times and is focused on the land and the energy that drives it forward to nurture the vineyards. Quai Cyrano is a good example. It combines tourism, culture and wine in a building steeped in the history of Bergerac and Duras wines in what was previously the Cloître des Récollets.
